As a business founder, consultant, and creator of the Inside-Out Method™, I help organizations and cultural initiatives build from within before they grow outward. My work focuses on designing the invisible: structure, processes, decision-making frameworks, and operational logic—so that what is visible feels coherent, intentional, and meaningful.

Over the past two decades, I’ve created and curated projects across hospitality, luxury, travel, and cultural industries, where art, design, wellness and gastronomy are treated as living heritage. I build initiatives from the ground up, connecting people, shaping ideas into systems, and transforming vision into operational reality.

Alongside this work, I maintain an artistic practice rooted in collage. This way of working—layering fragments, finding relationships between seemingly unrelated elements, and creating meaning through composition—deeply informs how I design businesses, experiences, and cultural projects. It shapes my ability to see patterns, edit with intention, and build coherence from complexity.

My approach is both strategic and deeply creative. I curate experiences and narratives with depth while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency, clarity, and long-term sustainability. I believe that beauty without structure is fragile, and structure without meaning is empty.

Beyond consulting, I see my role as that of a cultural promoter and connector. I bring together founders, artists, institutions, and communities to create projects with purpose and relevance. Much of my work is driven by a commitment to women’s empowerment, personal value, and supporting underprivileged individuals and communities through access to tools, structure, and opportunity.
